Je kunt je vastgoedaccount reactiveren door in te loggen via een webbrowser (desktop of mobiele telefoon). Als je één woning hebt, kom je automatisch op de pagina 'Eigenschappen'. Als je meer dan één woning hebt, moet je naar de pagina 'Eigenschappen' navigeren door rechtsboven op je profielnaam te klikken en 'Eigenschappen' te selecteren in de vervolgkeuzelijst. Op deze pagina vind je de link Reactiveren naast je accommodatie.

Houd er rekening mee dat er op dezelfde pagina 'Eigenschappen' een link 'Facturering & Abonnement' staat waar je je creditcardgegevens kunt bijwerken en beheren voordat een eventuele vervaldatum is verstreken.

Deze Reactivate-optie is beschikbaar voor Full Access-leden in gevallen waarin je wilt wisselen wie voor het jaarabonnement betaalt (deze persoon wordt nu de property Administrator).
