Op het tabblad 'Huuropbrengsten' kun je bijhouden hoeveel je woning genereert uit verhuur.

Wanneer een huurder in je accommodatie verblijft, kun je een registratie maken door de naam van de huurder, de aankomst- en vertrekdatum en de huurprijs per nacht in te voeren. Ons systeem berekent automatisch de huurinkomsten op basis van het aantal dagen en het tarief per nacht van de boeking.

Je kunt ook een vast huurbedrag voor een periode invoeren in de kolom \"Huuropbrengsten\" en dit zal een terugrekening opleveren om het tarief per nacht op te lossen.

\n\n\n\n

Je kunt andere kosten toevoegen (bijvoorbeeld schoonmaakkosten) en deze worden bij je subtotaal opgeteld. Je kunt vervolgens het belastingtarief invoeren (in %) en dit wordt automatisch berekend en bij je totaal opgeteld. Klik op het groene vinkje om je invoer te bevestigen.

Er is een handige sorteerfunctie om de lijst met vermeldingen weer te geven op naam van de huurder, aankomstdatum of vertrekdatum. Klik gewoon op de koptitels van deze kolommen en de tabel sorteert ze automatisch.
