Ons systeem kan alleen uitgaven uploaden als ze in tabelformaat zijn, georganiseerd per maand en categorie. De maanddatums moeten in de eerste rij van de spreadsheet staan en de volgende standaard Excel-datumnotatie gebruiken: jjjj-mm-dd. De categorieën moeten in de eerste kolom staan. Zie het onderstaande voorbeeld:

Je kunt maximaal 12 maanden gegevens per upload toevoegen (dus één jaar per keer). Zorg ervoor dat u dit bestand opslaat in de indeling Comma Separated Values (.csv). Eenmaal opgeslagen, selecteert u dit bestand om te uploaden.

Zodra u uw CSV-bestand hebt geüpload, wordt u gevraagd om de categorienaam van het importbestand te laten overeenkomen met de categorienaam van SharedKey, om ervoor te zorgen dat uw gegevens op de juiste plaats worden geüpload.

De derde stap is het selecteren van een \"Betaald door\" optie om bij te houden van wie/waar het geld afkomstig is.

De vierde stap is het controleren van de geüploade informatie en het bevestigen van de gegevens die worden geïmporteerd.
